Sist sjekket 21.10.2026. Figures are facts from each chain’s public price list. smartmegler.no does not own the lists. Every field links to its source and has a retrieval date.

No API key. 60 requests per 10 minutes per IP.

4,500,000 in the example is an input, not a market statistic.

compare-offer uses rule-based reading, not a language model. A nearest list is labeled and is not the ceiling for that kommune.

POST /mcp Streamable HTTP. Tools: megler_cost, compare_offer, price_lists. Each result includes source links.

Offer text

Offer text is not stored. Anonymous sharing is closed, and offers are not sold on.

Questions

Do I need an API key?

No. Reading prices, cost and comparisons needs no key. The limit is 60 calls per 10 minutes per IP.

Where do the figures come from?

From each chain’s public price list. Every field has sourceUrl and retrievedAt. A figure that is not on the source page is marked unpublished.

Is the offer text stored?

No. POST /api/v1/compare-offer reads the text in memory and does not write it to a database.
